My wife and I popped into our beloved and trusted Hays Travel in Hereford. We really trust and love the Manager as she was professional and very helpful when we had to cancel a river cruise because my wife broke her elbow. This was a great disappointment but we got our money back.
We came in and spoke to a lovely young lady ( Hays travel employee) who I really really respect for saying she was not yet experienced in giving advice on cruises
Craig like a super hero and the gentleman he is did not push himself forward but was asked to rescue this damsel in distress
He was Brilliant:
gentle yet experienced helpful; yet a good listener He was always and respectful of our wishes nothing was too much for him
He filled me with confidence
As a result we booked a holiday to the Caribbean He was also cheerful and fun!! Thanks Craig
