Sign up to a deal on 24/09/25. Was told I would get by box on Saturday 27/09/25 which did not arrive until Wednesday 1/10/25. Received only to find could not connect to Internet and have to have engineer come on Monday 6/10/25 between 8am and 1pm. Just found out this was not booked out by Virgin and now have to wait till Tuesday 7/10/25 from 1pm onwards.
