No problems at all with the delivery from Interflora to my uncle. They sent me pre- and post-delivery emails, and the courier, Genc, was very polite according to the care home staff. The flowers arrived on time and in perfect condition. By far the best courier service I've used in Derby (some of the other courier services are absolutely awful, and your goods turn up looking like someone has played football with them, if they even arrive at all).
