The extra strength liquid collagen is great for the skin and hair. It tastes great just taking it straight out of the little glass 1&2 tsp shot glass they give you as one gift. Only 1tsp a day is in one bottle a month. So, you would have to buy 2 bottles for 2 tsps a month. My skin and hair have a great new glow to them. They are better hydrated than with water drinking alone daily.
