I didn’t get a reply to my first question and I would have found it a lot easier if I could have spoken to someone as I am an older and not too experienced with technology.
Having said that, once I ordered, the service was exemplary. Thank you.
Ps I live nearby and would liked to have been able to pick it up.

We’re currently working on getting a phone support line set up so you can easily speak to someone in person. In the meantime, we also have a live chat available — just click the little chat icon in the bottom right corner of the website and you can chat with us directly there.
I’ve also noted your suggestion about local pickup. At the moment we ship quickly from Brisbane, but we’re exploring options to make pickup possible in the future.
