We are very happy with our new home in Nantwich and the whole experience of purchasing it. The property itself has a great finish, and the quality of the build has really impressed us. Our sales advisor, Jordan, deserves a special mention – they went out of their way to correct any miscommunications and made sure we had everything we wanted, always supportive and keen to help throughout the process.
As with most new builds, there were some delays, but the team kept us well-informed and handled everything with professionalism and care. We always felt reassured and in good hands. Overall, we are extremely pleased with both the service we received and the beautiful new home we now have.
