Refund not received
Dear Gavelo Team,
Thank you for your email. I would like to kindly follow up regarding my recent return. I sent back the leggings that unfortunately did not fit me over three weeks ago and also covered the return shipping costs.
Some time ago, I reached out asking for feedback on the status of my return, but I haven’t received a response yet. I would greatly appreciate an update on whether my return has been processed and when I can expect the refund.
