Buyer Beware

Buyer, beware! When I signed up for this app I thought it was a one-time fee for a year. I was just charged a second second time $31. Apparently this is a reoccurring charge which was not identified when I purchased this program. It's too bad because I am a health coach and I was thinking this could help some of my clients but instead I will be reporting this company unless they get back to me by tomorrow. I left a message since a recording came on that was very generic and sounded like an individual person.
I received a response back and was told to email back
help@carnimeat․com and the email is invalid. How do I respond back with an invalid email?
