The PetTracer collar works very well and we love it. Our indoor cat really wanted to be an outdoor cat so we relented and the PetTracer collar provides us with a peace of mind. We live in an area with a lot of wild life so the collar enables us to bring her indoors before nightfall. The support time were superbly responsive and helpful when we lost the collar.
