I bought a package, played.. received a trail bonus of 88,000.00. the funds were added to my acct. I played for approximately 90 mins, cashed out a 3 times...then ALL the bonus money, my redemptions were taken back and rejected. Spoke customer service, they said it was a misunderstanding, all funds would be taken back. They offered 2.00..and have no other explanation.never had an issue with any other online casino...so be careful of Crown Coin Casino.
