Returns are not accepted and processing time is eternal.5 weeks after return this was first accepted, but then the dealer changed his mind and now does not accept it. Absolutely unprofessional.
Update: Fast response after raising this issue. PadelKiwi said that they will resolve everything to my fullest satisfaction. I can recommend ordering here!

We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't as expected. However, we would like to clarify that we do accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the product hasn’t been used. We’re also unsure what you mean by “the dealer changed his mind,” since all returns are managed directly through our store and not via third parties.
