So I subscribed to Codecademy student pricing subscription last year. An hour ago it charged my credit card the full price and I could only talk to AI chat support. There's an email in Codecademy receipt that just billed me, so I emailed that email address but when I press send...that email address is unreachable, Here are some snippets:

Your message to [the email] couldn't be delivered. contact wasn't found at codecademy.com.

This error occurred because a message was sent to an email address hosted by Office 365, but the address doesn't exist in the receiving organization's Office 365 directory. Directory Based Edge Blocking (DBEB) is enabled for codecademy.com, and DBEB rejects messages addressed to recipients who don't exist in the receiving organization's Office 365 directory.

It's a shame that this happened, there's Codecademy advertisements everywhere for student discounts...
