A lot went wrong with this company - I would not recommend anyone use them.

A lot of small print and very well written refund policy which ensures there will never be circumstances where they will actually refund.

Things to note - a page is only 250 words (a paragraph) so expect to be charged more than you think. It is in USD, which is poorly indicated and once you have submitted the documents, they are immediately transferred to a translator and work is started, apparently..

You can try to cancel, it’s impossible. Emails are responded to in 12-24hrs (about the time they quote for the work to be finished), their live chat people cannot cancel or do anything helpful and if you call there is an automated message to email.

Their translation delay policy states that of there is a discrepancy in the number of pages or something, work can be delayed as this needs to be resolved then assigned. But apparently work starts anyway, so you still can’t cancel and they can’t prove work has started, so however you look at it, your money is gone.
