I enjoy their meals. Customer service NORMALLY ok. Do NOT make mistake of TRUSTING their dietician assessment and TIMELY forwarding the request for authorization... in time to keep the meals going...!!! They WILL and DO leave you 100% in the dark about delivery. Suddenly you have NO meals. Authorization on THEIR end is awful..!!! I was without food for ove 2 weeks...!!! NO apology. Just pure non-caring.
