When the package arrived, the main part (a signed snooker ball) was loose and rolling around on the box.
There was also no COA as advertised.

When I contacted A1 about it, there wasn’t really much of an apology and no concern about damage, or any follow up as to the missing COA.

Not sure I’d recommend at all, the display box is very cheap which has added to the poor service and delivery.
