Slimpod is working for me and to be honest after 40+ years of dieting it is hard to believe. I have followed the programme for over 7 weeks now and I have not felt hungry or anxious about food once! It is just beyond belief. It is such a simple programme to follow and there is so much support available but I just haven't needed it!
