Before buying a game for PS5, bear in mind that you are buying access to an account that let’s you play the game on your account, as long as you are logged in on both accounts. Once you lose access to the GamesCard account, you also lose the game.

This is what happened to me. Normally, this is a breach of the platform’s warranty conditions, but the support was very helpful and restored access to the account for me. In general the support is extremely responsive and you‘ll get an answer within a few minutes, even on weekends and at night.
