I5 anniversary voucher

I had a £5 anniversary voucher, I used this to purchase a steamer, the purchase was successful and the voucher used However, an hour later, the steamer was not available and I need this for next weekend. I now have to buy this elsewhere and I have lost my voucher! I generally do not have an issue with John Lewis
