So I had a very good experience with this place until they refused to give me what I paid for. I’m at the second highest VIP tier which is sapphire I’ve spent a lot of time and money playing here. I make a purchase and the purchase goes through money deducted from my account but they won’t give me my SC. I’ve showed them all the proof possible yet they still will not give me what I paid for this is called theft and I absolutely refuse to be treated this way especially at a place I am one of there most loyal customers so I am taken action into my own hands and I’ve read reviews of this happening a lot recently. Not trustworthy definitely no appreciation and very stingy and greedy they care about money and will leave you dead before they give up a single SC believe me
