Refund policy and customer service is horrible
Refund policy and customer service is horrible. I have not received a label to return the item (that looks cheap) and it has been over 5 business days. I was told today it’s going to be another 3-5 days before I hear back. They charge 15% of the price to return the same product that can be purchased from other stores with free returns and better customer service. The item can be purchased for the exact same price elsewhere.
Replying to the lightopia team: I’ve reached out 3 times. You haven’t done anything for me except tell me to keep waiting. You told me to wait ANOTHER 3-5 days after the INITIAL 3-5 days lapsed. Maybe stop wasting time responding to every negative post pretending like you’re helping people and do something more productive like actually help.
