If I could give no stars I would. Bought shed because of its 25year guarantee but it has leaked through gaps in the structure and up through the supplied base into the floor and sides since it has been erected. Complained to the company who said, wood is porous, their sheds are not waterproof, gaps in the structure are within normal manufacturing tolerances. According to them it only leaks because I have not applied a water sealant. Why is this necessary given that their wood has been pressure treated and carries a 25 year guarantee. A sealant would not, in any case, close the gaps due to poor manufacturing, warping and inadequate weathering strips. Water is getting in through gaps that wood sealant would not address. I have asked for a refund under distance selling regulations and been refused because the shed has been assembled. How is anyone supposed to assess the quality before assembly? I have therefore rejected the shed under the Consumers Rights Act and have been refused a refund because sealant has not been applied. As stated above applying a sealant would not close the gaps through which the shed is letting in water, a sealant would only add another layer to the protection applied by the pressure treatment. Not only that but as other reviewers have stated the company will refuse rejection if a sealant has been applied (sometimes following their recommendation, as they have told me) as the shed has been amended and is not in original condition. Absolute cowboys.Avoid this company at all costs
