Maybe better QC
I’m sure this is a great product, but right off the jump mine was received with what looks like smeared “blurred” artwork. I also found a 1/2” tear in the stitching. I’m currently using it without the cover.

Apparently something "slipped through the cracks" that never should have gone out the door. A replacement cover will be on it's way to you tomorrow.
As of 9/27 we have not received the requested photo. Since it's an embroidery and not a screen print it's hard to imagine how it could be "blurred." Open seams happen. QC should have picked it up. And as mentioned, a replacement cover was sent.
