I had issues installing the product on my laptop using the key code and emailed support for assistance. Straight away they sent an easy to follow guidance sheet over but I am not very good on computers and for some reason I kept having error codes. Steve from MSSoftware 'remotely' helped me today and I am very grateful. I am now up and running. I cannot recommend MSSoftware highly enough; especially 'aftercare' assistance.
