I can't wait until the foreclosure bill passes in NJ. I can't say about Mr Cooper that they were not fair before however with an individual living inside ANY home not just mine but ANY! And the individual is battling stage 4 cancer! That's a huge undertaking for the individual who did nothing wrong and received a death sentence anyway! To act like your not willing to make any deals and forclosure is the only option when an individual who has steady employment is willing to work with you and pay you heavily in payments to clear all this up and you consider the individuals major issues with fighting Stage 4 Cancer and you still won't work with the individual at all, you just want to file foreclosure!
Shame on you all! If y'all can't help yourselves y'all with your evil nature I pray that maybe God does by passing this bill fast in NJ because someone has to look out for Cancer patients who are deep in it. I'll do it! It's ashame y'all won't for sure! I hope that changes.
