Friendly and helpful staff on site.
Accommodation to the standard expected but no mosquito blinds on windows making it uncomfortable in the night not being able to open windows. A/C helps but conscious of energy usage.
Site info on web indicates car parking next to accommodation, however this is not possible due to site layout so meant an 80 metre walk with luggage.

We are glad to hear that you found our on-site staff friendly and helpful and that the accommodation met your expectations, apart from the lack of mosquito blinds, which we will look in to. We also understand how frustrating it is to have to carry luggage a long distance. especially after such a long journey. We will also look at how to make our description of the parc more accurate for our customers.
