Please please please avoid
First time using this site. I was stupid enough to ignore the reviews. I deposited £200 and won £2,000, which was lovely. I withdrew the £2,000 and decided to speak to an agent via online chat to ask about withdrawal timeframes.
The agent said he would take a look, but he instantly blocked my account with no explanation. I wasn’t able to log in, as my account was suspended. Eventually, I tried to speak to a second agent, but they were extremely unhelpful. They warned me that I might have to send some documents, which can form part of the verification process. This wasn’t an issue, so I sent the documents immediately.
Three weeks later, I still had not received my withdrawal. Every agent I spoke to said the verification process wasn’t complete, which meant I was unable to withdraw.
After just over three weeks, I was finally paid out, but my accounts across all the sites BetMGM owns are now blocked. They claim I somehow broke the rules. If breaking the rules means winning and deciding to withdraw, then I’ll never gamble again.
Please, please, please find a better online casino—Slots Temple is very genuine. Returns are healthy, and withdrawal times are incredible. Please don’t let BetMGM take your money.
