Roadsurfer has a good website and regularly send info and updates when you pick up your campervan and returning it. The campervan was immaculate, a new vehicle actually.
The kitchen pack they give you, It would be good if they added in things like tea towel, fairy, clothes etc. they also ask you to return vehicle in maculate condition, but don't supply cleaning items. When returning our vehicle we found out they have free cleaning products you can use. This should be mentioned. I also recommend to put a frying pan in with the kitchen pack.
The bed was comfy, pillows could be improved.
