Very bad

I don't trust ScottishPower because they like bullying me all time by send 22 letters, 12 emails and 22 phones calls saying that I own money I do understand that own them money and my name is on account but they shouldn't have sold electric to child. When they know that I'm deaf and also disabled to their don't care.
