If anything is wrong, a quick email to them is always met with nearly an immediate response and they do whatever it takes to correct the situation. I have never had a problem since I began using HungryRoot several months ago. I love not having to go to the store as much anymore and I can get the quantity and quality of products that I need for myself and keep on budget very easily!
