I have just renewed without hesitation. Once again the contact I have had with warranty first has been outstanding and customer friendly. I am confident using warranty first as they are very transparent and professional whilst keeping the customer up to date and informed of each stage. I was reassured and left feeling confident to renew my policy having had a detailed conversation with Alex Miller and renewed the policy after he explained all the options. As far as I’m concerned and the experience I have had I highly recommend using warranty first. 10/10 on all customer care aspects.
