The product quality is high, and I have several of the canvas prints myself as well as having given some as presents. Delivery is usually prompt and secure.
The website, however, I find quite difficult to use. Uploading pictures seems a bit hit-and-miss: sometimes it seems to work fine but sometimes I have to make several attempts. The most annoying thing, however, is that you can think you're ordering one size of product and the website converts it to a different size without warning. Once I was aware that this was happening I looked out for it, and recently had to make three attempts, exiting the website completely between each, to ensure that the product I was checking out was what I thought it was. You have to stay very alert throughout the process.
