Ever heard of customer service?
Purchased online and checked out as a guest. I did not receive a purchase confirmation to my email, so felt no other choice but to contact them to find out if my order went through OK. That was the first issue I encountered. Then spoke to their customer service team. Whoever I spoke with, as their names are not shown on the WhatsApp chat, they did not address my concerns or answer my questions. I asked them to answer my questions and was given answers to questions I didnt ask. Very strange! Rather than just say they couldn't answer, they felt obliged to spam me with other information. Absolutely pointless. My question was simple, at least I thought so. Would I get my delivery on the date they quoted? I'm yet to receive an answer, so we will have to wait and see, and no doubt I'll have to cancel my order as it will unlikely come in time.
