Had terrible experience with Seats and Sofas.
I got my sofa delivered on 19/07/2025 with a surprise of broken bed part and a torn armrest. When informed seats and sofas about the damage, I was told I had to wait till service day which is on 18 Aug and I kept waiting. And today is 1st Sep and still I don't have a single update about the date when the broken parts are going to be delivered. And I have sent a lot of mails and I got no response of any of them. Its a biggest mistake I made purchase at Seats & Sofas and this will be my first and last time buying anything from there. The way they are handling the after sale issues and waiting timelines is very frustrating.
I see you are a posting a generic reply to every review to reach out via the email addrress of the branch. So to verify if you are really reading the review... I already sent 3 mails since the sofa got delivered with all the details you are pretending to collect and I shared my order number in this same form, with which you can fetch all my details including the phone number. So if you reallying looking into customer satisfaction, reach out to me directly via email/phone instead of posting generic reply to this review.
