Hi!! I just enrolled in Amazon USA account management service with exportwala on 21 st August seeing so many positive reviews at cost of 17k without invoice ie without GST to avail their service. On 24th, due to personal reason it was not possible for me to avail their service . When asked for refund they say it’s not refundable but their site under refund policy page says they are transparent enough to provide refund for services that they did not start to work . The person whom in spoke was Depeesh ( +91 89622 46252 ) he claimed we can’t refund and i can avail the service anytime but i know it surely i will not able to start the service with time in a year even. When asked multiple time , Deepesh told they will able to refund detecting 3k as per their site, but my question is that 3k is for VAT and other tax charges which is mentioned in their site. I did not get any invoice bill so Why that deduction,?? He confirmed i would get reply via email and asked me 2 days of times. Now on 28 th August , i have got email that the amount is not refundable and i can transfer the service to eBay or etsy.
To be very clear i informed them
,, i have got conceived i can’t do any business now that’s my claim to them . But they are giving me multiple options so that they don’t want to return or refund my amount back for which they did not start to do any service .
They don’t act for which what they say .
My amount of 17k is stuck with them
Believing they could be transparent .this brings me to a point to analyse , how their services will be at any point of time if we avail and they would give contradictory answers for their own well being when asked questions . I do have All the Watsapp conversations that i had with them to be supporting doc for it , where i have attached to google reviews . Beware of the any services that u avail from them.
