The Customer Service there and JA mining is very unprofessional I have done everything that they have asked me to do in order to get my account back to normal just as I stated in the messages that they sent me. I also have documentation and everything else. I need to prove that I’m just trying to get this made right I like they told me they would do. You can’t tell someone to separate times that if they make one deposit, it will fix everything about the normal and then tell them after they do that that it didn’t fix it and they would have to do another deposit and it would be for sure and everything will be back to normal as far as withdrawn as far as the contracts as far as my account I done that and nothing still isn’t right why I wasn’t told to make an $8500 deposit to begin with instead of buying $7000 of contracts of course I don’t have $8500 security deposit all my money is in their platform. Wish they wouldn’t do the right thing fix this for me because I’ve done everything on my end that they’ve asked me to do as far as the first two deposits and they said everything would be right and my account will be back up and running like it was. I never said nothing about $8500 security deposit. Thanks for letting me leave a review no harm to JA mining by the way, I just need to get my money back somehow it took me over five years to save that up and I basically lost all of it and listen 24 hours.
