I was unable to download the FULL EXE installation file after numerous attempts. instead of assisting me in a professional, meaningful & helpful way, your customer service rep. just cancelled my subscription WITHOUT PERMISSION and dumped me as a customer! I will NOT be recommending UNISON to my musician friends. In fact I will advise them to stay away.
