I am literally just off a call with a Thomas from the call centre for Octupus. I'm transferring over to Octupus and I have to say Thomas made the procedure very easy. He talked me through all my options and addressed any questions that I needed answers for. Amazing how easy it is to change suppliers. I have been strangle held by another supplier for years and I jumped ship after changing to solar. The tariffs that I will get are by far the best in the UK. Just hoping that it stays sunny now forever. Though I won't hold my breath being in Scotland. If you are thinking of moving, honestly give them a call. No waiting on hold and right through to a real person on the other end.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
