Inadequate Security Checks

Despite several emails of apologies and we have sorted all this ... they are still chasing me for payments of fraudulent insurance they allowed to happen despite warnings on my account..........
I would like to know why the company isn't completing adequate security checks before issuing insurance? Feathering the nests of scammers and causing credit default notices going out from Premfina, causing unnecessary worry to innocent bystanders
