You requested a magnet and touch-up paint for your bifold 48 hours ago. In that time, we have spoken with you directly on the phone, obtained a quote, and provided you with a complete invoice for the items with next-day delivery arranged.

Your bifold was ordered on the 24th of June and delivered on the 11th of July – well within the quoted timescales.

Given that your order was completed on time, there have been no issues with the product itself, and have accommodated your aftersales requests within 48 hours, we don’t believe a 2-star review is a fair reflection of your experience with us.
