My order has now been delayed for 1 week

My order has now been delayed for another week. Was supposed to arrive on 19.08.25 and is now estimated to arrive on 25.08.25. I cannot get hold of FedEx; I have to speak to an online bot. No reason given for the delay. Can also not contact Padel Kiwi to report this matter for assistance. I expect a refund for the courier. This is terrible service !
Further to the above, Padel Kiwi came to the rescue by following up with Fedex and providing feedback to me. They also refunded me the total courier amount...well done and thank you Padel Kiwi !!
