I joined JA Mining and bought a contract. Soon after, I was told via their website chat that I had “defaulted” on my contract and that my money was put on hold, with instructions to pay more to continue. After questioning this, I was completely locked out of my account and cannot access my balance or any contract details.

I couldn’t find JA Mining on the FCA register and discovered they were using company details from JA Financial Services without permission. The owner of JA Financial Services confirmed they have no connection with JA Mining.

I have reported my experience with JA Mining to Action Fraud. I am extremely concerned about having my funds of $7500 inaccessible and am sharing my experience to strongly caution others before getting involved.
