This watch does not keep the time!
While the watch is pretty, the clock constantly stops. It is simply not keeping the time, which is one of the very basic function of a watch. Also, and maybe less importantly, the wrist band is too long and reducing it is somewhat complicated as it needs to be cut by a professional (if one does not want to destroy it).

Sorry to hear that, as this is a brand new watch, it may need a proper wind up.
Please wind up the watch 20-30 times and give it a good shake, then wear it for a full day.
Please let us know if this fixes the issue, we have already emailed you to fix this problem asap,
Regarding the wrist band customisation, this is how the original model is customised as well.
