My Parcelforce Express24 delivery took a whopping 7 days to arrive. A terrible experience not helped by calling customer services 4 times chasing it, valuable time I cannot get back. Need to drastically improve where the likes of DPD, Evri, Yodel, DHL and UPS are reliable.
