I received my redemption around one month after requesting it. I'm not sure if the delay was legitimate or not because I only got it after I gave a deadline for further action. However, I have been paid so I must update my review. That being said, I would avoid playing here as there are many SC casinos with better deals that payout in under 48hrs without fail.



Scammers, no payout. Lied and stated that my redemption was processed and it would take 5-10 days. Day 15 and nothing. Same response over and over on email. I was extremely polite with them but I was not treated in kind. I will wait a few more days before filing with FTC and charging back everything I have spent here.
