Some of the worst customer service I’ve…

Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Everyone has completely ignored me and been completely reluctant to help. I chose return to card and then got an email to say I chose store credit (I didn’t). Customer service reps basically non existent with no desire to help whilst also being rude, their only replies being ‘there’s nothing we can do we won’t change it’. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your recent experience.

We have recently introduced a new option in how customers can receive refunds. You will now be offered two options when logging your return -

(i) refund to gift voucher

(ii) refund to original payment method

It is a customer’s responsibility to ensure you are carefully reading and understanding the options available before continuing to the next page/step.

These options are clearly set out online, and selections made at this stage are final once you continue.

Once an option has been selected, we are unable to make changes or cancel it. This choice is presented each time you make a return, so for future returns you can select a refund to go back to the original payment if you prefer.
