Let me guess.... The developers aren't making decisions, it's the no-clue executives, right?
This app keeps updating all the wrong things. You're getting used to the new UI? Tough luck, they're gonna update again and make it more confusing.
Oh, it was easy to access your transcripts and records before? Too bad, they made it so inaccessible that even getting into the pentagon is easier. What a joke of a product. If we weren't forced by our company to use this, I'd really never ever ever use this
