The storage bag tore, so I think it could be made from a more durable material. However, when I reached out, their customer service was fantastic and promptly sent a replacement. I was impressed with their support.

We have replaced all the storage bags with stronger materials to prevent the problem of the bags breaking.
We are also constantly improving our mattress, solely to provide Tesla owners with the best camping experience.
