My husband is disabled so he's in his chair all day everyday playing games... He has gotten a new chair every year since 2019... This is by far th worst one yet, the last 3 have been going downhill, and this one is just crap. With limited income we can't afford a lot, so this year he spent his bday money on this chair, cuz his last one was falling apart and y'all had a big sale so he could afford it. Big mistake. With all the recent major issues we will not be buying a new one, he's back in his old chair this one sucks so bad. Wasted money :(
