pre-order still not shipped
I placed an order (#HLNA11627) on June 30th during the pre-order phase, expecting to receive early access to the product as promised. Today, weeks later, my order still hasn’t been shipped.
The company claims the item is already in the U.S. and that they’re doing their best to ship it, but that’s not an acceptable excuse at this point. They offered me two options: either cancel the order or receive a 5% discount on a future purchase.
I don’t want to cancel — I made the effort to buy during the pre-order to get it first. But when the product was released, I saw it available on Amazon with next-day delivery, while mine (from the official store!) hasn’t even been shipped yet.
This is extremely frustrating and disappointing for a company of this size.
