Ordered an Egg chair and only received 2 parts. Been chasing for final part for a month, still haven’t received it.
Also, returned sandals and never received a refund.
Will never use again.

We have up to 14 days to process your return once received and issue your refund back to your account. Depending on your payment method it can then take up to a further 5 days to show as an available balance again.
I'd kindly advise to contact customer services for an update if this still hasn't been resolved -
